Welcome again dear ELT Days followers. How is it going? I hope you are well and healthy. As for me, nothing has changed, finals have come and I'm studying right now. Today's post will be about the 21st Century Teacher Training project outline that I have told you about last week. As Chamber of Mercury, we have arranged a zoom meeting to talk about the project outline. We have talked about the points that Melda Teacher said and discussed how we can improve our topic and we have decided to focus on 'Gender Inclusive Language Education'. We wanted our website to be a guideline for teachers to create a non-discriminative learning environment where every student is included in the class activities no matter how they prefer to perform their genders.
